Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on custom-stitched or altered items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.).

How to Return

  1. Email us at sales@zauqstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


🧡 Wholesale Orders

  • All wholesale and bulk orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipment errors.

  • Defect claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with clear images and details.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for custom orders or designs developed exclusively for wholesale clients.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
