  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • For retail orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom or wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Wholesale Terms

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply for wholesale deals.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

  • Custom samples are provided upon request and may be subject to a sampling fee.

  • Cancellations are not accepted after production has begun.
